Children's Art

Sometimes I see a painting and I imagine that it hangs on the bedroom wall of a young child.  Then I imagine a parent or grandparent explaining things in the painting to the child--and telling stories to the child about the painting at bedtime.  Snowcat stories, blizzard stories and explanations about snow, lighthouses, oceans, waves, exploring, traveling, and all sorts of words to share with the young child.
